A. The Defendant against W’s fraud and defense justice is a person working as the director of the U.S. Busan District Headquarters X Team of the Korea Electric Power Corporation.

The Defendant, on July 2017, at a restaurant where it is impossible to know the trade name in the window dong of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and the victim W introduced by A, may be employed by the Defendant as “Korea Southern Power Development Co., Ltd. or Korea Southern Power Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary company of the Korea Electric Power Corporation”.

In order to make a solicitation to the person in charge of personnel affairs, 45 million won is required as the expense fund.

However, the Defendant, upon receiving the above money, was thought to have consumed all personal purposes such as credit cards and repayment, and was not aware of the personnel management officers of the said company and did not know of such solicitation, and the Defendant did not have the intent and ability to get the victim to work for the victim because the Defendant was merely a false horse paid in order to receive money from the victim.
