Defendant
C is the friendship of Defendant A, and the convenience store in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul E24 City is employed by Defendant A, and Defendant B is the male-gu of Defendant C, and the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Family is operated by Defendant C.
1. At around 01:00 on April 2, 2012, Defendant A embezzled the victim’s new physical check card in the name of the victim G, one credit card in the name of the victim’s father H, one credit card in the name of the victim’s father H, and one wall containing 20,000 won in cash (on a market price of 1.30,000 won), without taking necessary procedures, and without taking necessary procedures such as returning it to the victim.
2. The Defendants conspired to use the above physical card and credit card acquired by A as described in paragraph (1) and used the lost credit card as follows.

C. At around 02:40 on April 2, 2012, the Defendants used the above F F F head office, and Defendant B used the above F F head office to pay 134,000 won for alcoholic beverages, etc. using the said CF card drawn by Defendant A.
On April 2, 2012, at around 08:04, the Defendants purchased non-processed goods, and Defendant B purchased the above e-mail card that he received from Defendant A, and Defendant C used the lost e-mail card by settling 24,000 won with the above card.
E. The Defendants, around 09:07 on April 2, 2012, at Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, and Defendant B.
