A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 5, 2014, at around 20:00 on February 5, 2014, the Defendant embezzled lost property by possession without taking necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim, at the Busan Shipping Daegu Quaker Quaker Oatker's shop.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On February 5, 2014, at around 21:13, the Defendant: (a) purchased 2 gamblings from (ju) D Does in Busan Shipping Daegu C; (b) presented the card obtained as referred to in paragraph (1) to both owners, and made a false signature at the same place; and (c) unlawfully used the lost credit card by settling 38,760 won at two times at the same place.

B. On February 5, 2014, at around 22:19, the Defendant continuously purchased 2 punishment for 1,007,00 won and used the lost credit card by settling 1,007,00 won by presenting the card obtained as referred to in paragraph (1) to both owners, and signing it by signing it on a false basis, at (i) Gdong store located in the Busan East-gu Busan Metropolitan City F (H).

C. On February 5, 2014, around 22:34, the Defendant: (a) purchased at the (ju)G store located in the Busan Eastdong-gu F, Busan, i.e., 2 female sinina; (b) cream 2; and (c) Hand-cina; (d) presented the card acquired as referred to in paragraph (1) to both owners as one’s own; and (b) rejected using the lost credit card by settling KRW 133,000 by signing false notes.
