1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Each real estate listed in [Attachment 1] No. 1, 4, or 10 of the real estate listed in [Attachment 1] List No. 1, 4, or 10 of the Defendant’s share transfer registration as to each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”).
