1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 22, 1992, the registration of initial ownership was completed in the nearest living facilities of the mentmenblue branch in the mentmenblue House on the ground of the mentmenule E in the Jeonju-gun (hereinafter “instant building”).

B. As to the building of this case, C, G, H, and I, which are co-owners on November 22, 1995, the transfer registration of ownership due to inheritance on November 3, 1995, and on October 17, 1997, the registration of transfer of ownership due to auction on April 7, 1997, which is co-owners in J (1/2) and K (1/2 of shares). On February 12, 1999, the registration of transfer of ownership due to auction was terminated on February 11, 1999, and on April 3, 2001, the registration of transfer of ownership due to sale was completed on April 15, 201, respectively.

C. Meanwhile, on the other hand, the registration of transfer of ownership based on the sale on June 15, 1995 has been completed in F on September 7, 1995 with respect to the land size of 11,603 square meters in Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, the Seoul Special Self-Governing Province. On December 27, 1995, the registration of transfer of ownership based on the inheritance on November 3, 1995, which is co-owner C, G, H, I, and I, the co-owner on May 15, 1997, the Plaintiff (1/2), the co-owner on April 7, 1997, and K (1/2), and on May 3, 1999, the registration of transfer of ownership based on the successful bid was completed on May 3, 199.

Part of the forest land in the Jeonju-gun was divided into Nan-gun, Jeonju-gun on December 6, 199 without a co-owner’s change, and the registration conversion was made on the same day, and the forest land in the Nowon-gun, Jeonju-gun, and part of it was divided into D Forest land 438 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

After May 8, 2001, K's share in the land of this case was completed on May 4, 2001 for the plaintiff on May 4, 2001.
