1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiffs and the network H (Death of December 11, 2006) and I (Death of April 30, 1951) are the siblings of J and K Slish, and the defendant C was the spouse of the network H, and the defendant D, E, F, and G are the children of the defendant C and the network H.
B. The instant land No. 1 (the instant land was KRW 2,380 square meters, and 434 square meters among them was divided into M roads on October 10, 2002), which was owned by L, had a registration of transfer for one-fourth share of each of the plaintiffs, net H, and I on October 22, 2002 due to inheritance on October 22, 1943. The Plaintiffs’ share was registered for the transfer to MH on June 29, 2002 on the same day.
C. The land No. 2 of this case (the land No. 2 of this case previously owned was 151,642 square meters, and 5,570 square meters among them was divided into N on October 10, 2002) owned by K is about October 1985, 200.
9.4. The registration of the transfer of one-seven shares was completed to Plaintiff A due to the inheritance of the property. The Plaintiffs’ share was completed due to the sale from June 29, 2002, respectively. The registration of the transfer was completed to Defendant C upon the death of the deceased H on October 9, 2007. The registration of the transfer was completed to Defendant C with respect to 18/77, Defendant D, E, F, and G with respect to 12/7 shares, respectively.
Plaintiff
On October 102, 2002, the third land owned A had completed the registration of transfer to the deceased H on the ground of sale as of October 29, 2002, and on October 9, 2007, the registration of transfer was completed for the defendant C/11, the defendant D, E, F, and G on the ground of inheritance as of October 9, 2007.
E. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on April 3, 1995 in the land No. 4 of this case owned by the Plaintiff, and the registration of ownership transfer was revoked on the grounds of the final judgment rendered by the Daegu District Court 2000Kadan95879 on June 4, 2001. On October 29, 2002, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on October 29, 2002 to Defendant C 3/11, Defendant D, E, F, and G on the ground of inheritance on October 9, 2007.
