Punishment of the crime

1. Although the Defendant intended to obtain a loan to invest in the entertainment planning company, he/she committed as if he/she stolen the Defendant’s seal impression design and identification card of the type B on the ground of bad credit standing, and received money from the lending company in his/her name.

Around July 26, 2016, the Defendant entered “workplace”, “F”, and “B” in the workplace name column in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant forged one copy of the loan transaction contract under the name of B, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and sent the forged loan transaction contract to employees under the name of E, who are not aware of such fact, as above, as if the contract was duly completed.

Accordingly, from September 26, 2016 to December 15, 2016, the Defendant prepared seven copies of a loan transaction agreement in the name of private document related to rights and obligations at least seven times in the same manner as shown in attached Table 1, and exercised it to the employees of each lending company as if it was duly formed.

2. The Defendant presented one copy of the forged loan transaction agreement at the time and place described in paragraph 1, such as the date and place described in paragraph 1, and led the victim E to his or her employee under the name of the victim E.

On July 27, 2016, the Defendant received 20,000,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim E, from an employee under the name of the above employee in the name of the defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as shown in the attached Table 2 from July 27, 2017 to December 16, 2017, by deceiving the above-mentioned employees and receiving property from the victim, acquired the total amount of KRW 58,98,000 from the victims seven times in total, as shown in the attached Table 2.
