A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Victim C(n, 44 years old) is a Grade 2 with intellectual disability, and the defendant is a wife of D in a close-friendly manner.

1. From the end of September 2013 to October 2013, 16:00, the Defendant: (a) from the victim’s house located in Busan Franchi-gu E, the Defendant: (b) reported the victim’s clothes to and from the body of the victim’s house located in Busan Franchi-gu E, she was off from the body of the victim with his/her arms and legs during the toilet between the victim’s toilets; and (c) the victim she she called “A Mandodon”, the victim she she was her

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim with mental disability.

2. On October 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) deemed that D’s house was opened in the same place as D’s house rapidly and opened a kitchen between the Defendant and the Defendant: (b) around 14:00, the Defendant: (c) took the kitchen by a kitchen; (d) the Defendant d’s house was opened in the same place; and (e) the victim d’s house was under the influence of the Plaintiff’s own entrance, while the victim was under the influence of the Plaintiff’s house, and walked in the victim’s world, the Defendant d’s finger was quickly fluened

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim with mental disability.

3. On October 2013, at around 14:00, the Defendant found the victim at the same place as D’s house at the beginning of October 2013, the Defendant 2013: (a) laid the victim’s house in the same place; (b) laid the chest into the clothes of the victim himself/herself; (c) laid down his/her finger into the victim’s knife by inserting his/her fingers; and (d) knife his/her fingers by inserting his/her fingers into his/her fingers;

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim with mental disability.

4. On October 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 12:40 on October 17, 2013, at the same place, she first moved out of the house in order to pay mobile phone communications fees; and (b) made use of the cresh, the Defendant she deducted her son’s sound, who enters the house with his/her finger by inserting his/her finger by inserting his/her finger in the clothes of the victim, and her fingers his/her finger by inserting his/her fingers into the house with his/her fingers.

Accordingly, the defendant has a mental disability.
