Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 15:00-17:00 Gwangju Northern-gu D, 407-2, and 512 on the date from the first half of the year to the middle of the year; (b) she taken the victim E (hereinafter “victims”) from the Defendant’s home in the toilet to the toilet; (c) she took the victim’s chest from the victim’s chest into the toilet; and (d) inserted the victim’s chest into 3 to 4 times, and her fingers into the part of the victim’s sound, thereby committing similar rape.

2. 3. 4. On August 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent acts by compulsion of the victim with mental disability by inserting his/her own finger by inserting his/her finger at the Defendant’s house to the lower end from 15:0 to 17:00 to 17:00; and (b) by inserting his/her finger by the victim’s inner part of the victim’s house; and (c) inserting his/her finger by inserting his/her finger’s hand into the inner part; and (d) raising his/her finger.

5. From the beginning of June 2013 to the lower end of August 2013, 2013, the Defendant laid off the victim’s clothes at the Defendant’s house from the Defendant’s house and laid down the legs, and taken the victim’s body against the Defendant’s will that could cause sexual humiliation or shame by photographing the sound of the female in his/her cell phone with a camera taken inside the Defendant’s cell phone.

6.
