A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, around October 2013, 2013, was living together with the family members of the said victim from February 2014, 2014, after being aware of the victim D(n, 41 years of age) who was hospitalized at C Hospital at C Hospital for the first time. Since the end of September 2014, the Defendant was living together with the said victim’s family members.

1. 2. Violation of the Special Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. B. As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim with mental disability on two occasions.

3. On October 13, 2014, the Defendant is a victim’s H operated on the condition that the Defendant would receive KRW 2.5 million wage of the 13th day of each month from the victim G on the street in front of the cooperation in the number of days of full payment in the Dondo-Eup, Chungcheongnam-do, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on October 18:30.
