1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 19, 1996, the Plaintiffs completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 19, 196 with respect to the land ownership (1) of F forest land 10,632 square meters and the said G forest G forest 479 square meters.
(2) The Defendant D (H) owns the shares of 140/302 of the land listed in the separate sheet and the land listed in paragraph (2) of the attached sheet among the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached sheet, and the Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant E”) owns the shares of 162/302 of the land listed in the separate sheet and the land listed in paragraphs (3) and (4) of the attached sheet.
