1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) Land allotment 1) Land C in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si (hereinafter “instant land”), such as land indication in the attached cadastral map;

all of the lands described below are located in the same Ri and indicated only by the lot number.

2) On the south side of the instant land, E, F, G, and H land are connected in sequence, and I land is connected to E, while there is J land adjacent to the northwest andwest side of the instant land. (2) On the other side of the instant land, as the attached Gu Cadastral Map indicating attached land, K land adjoins to the south side of the instant land in the form of a straight line between the two sides of the instant land and each side of the instant land.

B. 1) The instant land and J land are divided, merged, and transfer of ownership: (a) each of the instant land and J land acquired ownership on March 12, 1930; (b) the Defendant’s designated person D (hereinafter “designated person”)

(2) On March 5, 1973, the Plaintiff purchased the above land and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 10, 1980. On May 15, 1989, the Plaintiff merged M, N,O, and P with J land on May 15, 1989, and the Defendant donated the above land on April 22, 2013, and received the said land from the Jeju District Court Seopopo District Court No. 16253 on April 26, 2013 (hereinafter “instant transfer registration”).

2) On April 30, 1965, the Plaintiff’s mother divided the land E and F land (area 7880 square meters) into E and on October 7, 1974. On November 6, 1976, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for E’s land divided into R on March 10, 197, based on inheritance. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for E’s land divided into R on May 23, 197, based on sale and purchase on May 25, 1989, and the Plaintiff combined the land E’s land with E and on March 4, 2013.

3) Q has transferred the ownership of F land to R on March 10, 1977 (area 7880 square meters) and R on May 3, 200.
