Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B’s sole crime committed on February 5, 2016, on the ground that around February 23:05, Defendant B destroyed the strawer in front of Busan Jin-gu C by hand with the strawer and caused damage to the strawer.

Defendant A’s sole crime received a report that the damage was inflicted on the property at the above time and place and obstructed the performance of official duties of the police officer with regard to the handling of the report by assaulting G bucks and G bucks, who are public officials belonging to the police officer of the Busan Busan Police Station F, and walking the back on several occasions.
