1. The Defendant’s KRW 54,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from August 2, 2016 to September 30, 2016.

1. The Plaintiff is employed by the Defendant to receive the monthly wage on December 31, 2015, while working as from February 31, 2014 to July 30, 2016, the Plaintiff was not paid KRW 54 million in total for 30 months from February 1, 2014.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 54 million and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum under the Civil Act from August 2, 2016 to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case from July 2, 2016, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.
