1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,05,343 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 4, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The grounds for the claim and the judgment of the Plaintiff were employed by the Defendant who operated the D Hospital in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and retired from office after having worked for the period from May 19, 2015 to October 20, 2016. However, there is no dispute between the parties that the Plaintiff was not paid the wages of KRW 3.6 million on November 1, 2015, KRW 3.6 million on December 2015, KRW 3 million on December 2015, and KRW 3.5 million on September 2016 from January 2, 2016 to September 2016, and KRW 2,258,060 on October 2, 2016, KRW 42,05,343 on retirement allowances, KRW 287,283 on October 283, 2016.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by the rate of 20% per annum from November 4, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the 14th day after the Plaintiff’s retirement date, for the total amount of unpaid wages and retirement allowances, as well as the 42,005,343 won.

2. The plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of its reasoning.
