Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operated the clothing retail shop “D” store in Chungcheongnam-gun Hong-gun, and E is an employee of the said D, and the victim F is a person who operated the clothing retail store “G” store in the above “D.”

The defendant and E thought that the victim followed the above "D" exhibition method, and they caused the victim to feel bad faith.

1. On May 15, 2014, the Defendant and E’s co-principal Defendant and E reported the network to the Defendant in front of the “G” store located in Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun. On the other hand, “E” had opened red curc with 1 set of clothes worth KRW 209,000 at the market price owned by the victim suffering from the front of the store.

As a result, the Defendant and E jointly damaged the victim’s property, including the damage of the victim’s property, and from around that time to August 7, 2014, the Defendant and E damaged the property owned by the victim worth KRW 1,211,90 in total at six times, such as the list of crimes in the attached list.

2. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;

A. Around May 18, 2014, the Defendant damaged the property of the victim by cutting off the “G” standing signboards, electric wires owned by the victim using bags located in the Defendant’s store at the place specified in paragraph (1).

B. Around 14:00 on July 5, 2014, the Defendant, at the place indicated in paragraph 1, insulting the victim, among the victims, and I, insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim.

(2) 피고인은 2014. 7. 6. 16:00경 위 장소에서 피해자, J이 있는 가운데 피해자에게 “꼴에 알바도 뒀어, 싸구려 인생들이 저런 싸구려 집에 가서 싸구려 옷을 입는거야!”라고 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

(3) 피고인은 2014. 7. 21.경 위 장소에서 E와 불상의 손님이 있는 가운데 피해자에게 “여자는 꾸며야 돼! 저렇게 히쭈구리하게 다니면 안돼!”라고 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
