The crime No. 1 in the judgment of the defendant, among crimes No. 2 in the judgment of the defendant, shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes No. 1 in the annexed list of crimes.

Punishment of the crime

1. 업무방해 피고인은 2016. 5. 25. 14:20경 위 가게로 찾아가, 그곳 종업원인 H를 상대로 H가 피고인을 쳐다봤다는 이유로 ‘마, 개새끼야, 뭘 쳐다봐, 씨발놈아, 이리 나와봐, 죽이뿔라’라는 취지로 욕설을 하면서 시비를 걸고, 이를 만류하는 피해자에게 ‘놔 보이소 이거, 저 개새끼가 째려본다 아입니까, 함 붙어볼래, 개새끼야’ 라는 취지로 큰소리를 치면서 상의를 벗어 몸에 난 칼자국을 내보이는 등 조직폭력배임을 과시하여 이에 겁을 먹은 불상의 손님들로 하여금 가게 밖으로 나가게 하고, 계속하여 몸에 난 칼자국을 내보인 채 가게 앞에 놓인 의자에 앉아 손님들로 하여금 가게 안으로 들어오지 못하게 하고, 이를 만류하는 피해자에게 ‘씨발, 좀 가게 앞에 앉아 있겠다는데 왜 그라는교 짜증나게, 씨발 매일 가게에 애들 데리고 와서 장사 못하게 야구방망이로 다 뿌아뿐다. 씨발, 함 봐라. 내가 어떻게 하는가. 좆같은거’라는 취지로 욕설을 하면서 겁을 주는 등 약 30분 동안 행패를...
