Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2012, the Defendant borrowed KRW 17 million from the Victim C to take charge of his BM passenger car as a security for the borrowed money. On March 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00 on the first and second anniversary of the date, the Defendant left his BM passenger car as a security for the borrowed money; (b) around 20:00 on March 2013, the Defendant demanded the Victim to pay the remainder of the money within 10 days, and (c) to return the vehicle to the “H” operated by G in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu.

As above, the Defendant found the said car on the following grounds: (a) even though the victim did not have accepted the said car, the Defendant was able to obtain pecuniary benefits by putting the victim at a string to the effect that he caused the breakdown due to a mistake in repair of the vehicle; and (b) putting the victim into mind that she was an organized violence in the workplace with a flusium; and (c) putting the victim fluen

그 후 피고인은 2013. 3. 중순 일자불상 14:00경 피해자에게 전화를 걸어 마치 피해자가 위 ‘H’에 위 승용차를 맡겨 차가 고장이 난 것처럼 트집 잡으며 “이 씨발 개새들아 차 수리를 개좆같이 해놨네. 내가 야구 방망이 가지고 가가 다 때려 뿌사부까. 씨발 새끼야 다 죽인다.
