Punishment of the crime

1. C. At around 01:53 on the same day, the Defendant purchased hambs, etc. from “J” in the operation of the victim’s name unfabs, which was located in YI, and presented to K, an employee as if he was his own, oneSK credit card was stolen, as set forth in paragraph 1, and prepared and issued the card card, and then it was received from K the goods worth KRW 10,900 at the market price, and used the stolen credit card unlawfully.
The defendant is in the atomic-gu L of Bupyeong-si around 02:08 on the same day.
