Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 10, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor of 10,000 won and fine of 2,00,000,000 won for theft, etc. on June 10, 2013, with prison labor of 10 months and fine of 2,000,000 won for violation of structures at night, in support of Sungnam branch of Suwon branch of Suwon branch of 2014, on August 21, 2014, and on August 26, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor of 2 years and six months for violation of actual theft at night in support of Sungnam branch of Suwon branch of 2016, and completed the execution thereof in Seoul Southern branch of Seoul, on August 25, 2018.
1.
