1. The Defendant confirms that each of the dispositions against the Plaintiffs on February 5, 2014 was null and void.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the parties 1) The Plaintiff A is the D University on March 1, 1985 (hereinafter “D”)

) After being appointed as a full-time lecturer, he was appointed as a professor on April 1, 1996 through a full-time lecturer, an assistant professor, and an associate professor, and he was from March 1, 2013 to D Faculty Council (hereinafter referred to as “Professor Council”) only.

(5) The president’s wife’s operation has been awarded a successful contract for the construction of the Cheongsan Sports Facilities.

(6) The president has carried out the floor, wall surface, and toilet construction in the president's room and meeting room by bringing the construction cost of KRW 19.5 million into the construction cost.

2) On March 1, 2013, D professors established the faculty council, and appointed the Plaintiff A as the president, K Vice-Speaker, and L as the executive secretary. 3) The president notified the president’s decision on the reduction of the salary of the president to the entire faculty on March 22, 2013.
