1. It is confirmed that the Defendant’s removal against the Plaintiff on September 5, 2014 against the Plaintiff is null and void.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On September 1, 2010, the Plaintiff was appointed as C University (hereinafter “C University”) and as a physical department and assistant professor at this college, and thereafter, the Plaintiff served as a representative of D and D’s Council for 2013 as an assistant professor, a co-chairperson of the Teaching Council Emergency Countermeasures Committee from December 2, 2013 to May 31, 2014, and an executive secretary of the Teaching Council from January 5, 2014 to May 31, 2014.

(2) The defendant is a school juristic person operating the C Units located in Busan Southern-gu E.

B. A conflict between the President and the Faculty Council (1) A series of incidents that occurred after the appointment of the President of the F President and the Faculty Council have occurred following the appointment of F, the Vice President of G, the Defendant Chairperson, as the Vice President around September 201, and the following days have occurred:

① 32 of the 62 faculty members of industry-academic cooperation employed by the Defendant from 2012 to 2013, who were enrolled in H high schools that were graduated by the President of the F president (hereinafter referred to as the “President”), and in particular, 28 was the president and the motive of the high school.

② The president, among the first-class persons selected by the relevant department in the course of pharmacy in 2013 and the recruitment of new faculty members, excluded both the applicants who were non-permanent faculty members, and determined the first-class senior faculty members, who were the third-class senior.

③ While entering the I pastor as a school title, the president disbursed the amount of security deposit equivalent to KRW 180 million as school expenses, and provided the I pastor with the formation of a deposit for lease on a deposit basis.

(4) A female who is the president of UNIST is employed as a defendant's contractual worker.

(5) The president’s wife’s operation has been awarded a successful contract for the construction of the Cheongsan Sports Facilities.

(6) The president has carried out the floor, wall surface, and toilet construction in the president's room and meeting room by bringing the construction cost of KRW 19.5 million into the construction cost.

(2) On March 1, 2013, the professors of the faculty council launched the faculty council on March 1, 2013, and the president, Vice-Speaker, and M were elected as executive secretary.

(3) On March 22, 2013, the president, who notified the president’s unanimous decision on the reduction of salary, shall decide to exclude the salary class in 2013 from the salary class, taking into account the various circumstances of the school, such as the amount of financial personnel up to KRW 80-9 billion.
