1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of the lawsuit, including costs incurred by participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the decision;
A. The Plaintiff is a legal entity established on March 12, 195 and operated C University under its control. 2) The Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter “ Intervenor”) was appointed as a full-time lecturer at the above school on March 1, 1997, and was promoted as an assistant professor on April 1, 1999. The Plaintiff was employed as a professor of Digital Contents Department before the Plaintiff’s removal from office as of February 5, 2013. On September 12, 2013, the Plaintiff was elected as the Vice-Chairperson of C University Faculty Council (hereinafter “Professor”) and carried out the duties in charge.
B. (1) On November 25, 2013, the Plaintiff’s teachers’ personnel committee held a committee to deliberate on the case of a request for disciplinary action against the Intervenor, but decided to withhold the deliberation. Nevertheless, the president of Cuniversity requested disciplinary action against the Intervenor on November 26, 2013, and the Plaintiff requested disciplinary action to the Teachers’ Disciplinary Committee after deliberation and resolution by the board of directors on November 27, 2013. (2) The teachers’ disciplinary committee decided on November 28, 2013 through a meeting on disciplinary action against the Intervenor, etc. over 14 times from November 28, 2013 to January 23, 2014; and (3) on January 27, 2014, the Plaintiff decided on the removal of the Intervenor from office on the ground that the grounds for disciplinary action against the Intervenor violated Articles 56 (Fidelity’s duty), 57 (Uniform’s duty), and 6 (Class’s duty of removal) of the Intervenor.

(a)The Chairman of the Council for the Professor of Fact-finding shall spread the false or non-verification to and outside the school by means of personal notes, letters, names and various minutes of the Chairman or Vice-Chairman, both false or non-verifications;
