A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited Samsung Electronic Service Center, located in the 140-ro, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, for the repair of a mobile phone exhauster on May 21, 2015, for the reason that the elevator waits for an elevator on the first floor to move to a service center located in the third floor from the first floor of the elevator, and (b) when the elevator kids the elevator kids on two to three occasions, the elevator kids on the top of the first floor, making the equipment owned by the “T&Electronic Sales”, the victim, a gold, to the extent of KRW 683,70, the cost of repairing the elevator equipment attached thereto.

From around 18:30 to around 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the Victim D Service Center by force by force, such as avoiding disturbance, and thus obstructing C’s operation of the service center at the victim D, by taking advantage of the large interest that “I will see the services related to the free exchange of his mobile phone exhauster”.

3. 상해 피고인은 같은 날 19:10경 다시 위 서비스센터로 들어와, 그곳에 놓여 있던 배너를 발로 차고 피해자 위 D(40세)에게 “뭘 째려보냐”고 소리를 지르다가, 피해자가 피고인을 진정시키기 위해 다가가자 갑자기 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴을 때려 피해자에게 약 3주간의 치료를 요하는 경추의 염좌 및 긴장 등의 상해를 가하였다.
