1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;
However, the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who sells mobile phone parts in the name of “F (former G; hereinafter “F”)” in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and Seodaemun-gu Seoul.
The Defendant is the victim’s “afluence” (hereinafter “afluence”) from the domestic mobile phone private repair company.

2. Defendant B is a person who engages in the repair business of a mobile phone with the trade name “I” in the Gu H 1107 during Ansan-si.
A. The Defendant violating the Trademark Act: (a) at the above “I” office from February 23, 2015 to August 27, 2015; and (b) at least 95,358,000 won at the market price of counterfeit parts as described in paragraph (1).
