1. The part of the judgment of the court of first instance against the defendant exceeding the following part of the claim for monetary payment.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On February 9, 2015, the Plaintiffs determined the lease term of the portion (A) of 112.2 square meters in the ship (hereinafter “instant building”) among the items in the attached Table No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the items in the attached Table No. 4 stories and five stories among the buildings indicated in the attached Table No. 1, 201.06 square meters and five stories, from February 9, 2015 to February 8, 2016. The term of lease of the fourth floor of the instant building is from February 9, 2015 to February 8, 2016. The Plaintiffs concluded a lease contract with the Defendant for the fourth floor as KRW 40,00 (excluding value-added tax), monthly management expenses, KRW 600,000 (excluding value-added tax), monthly management expenses, and the lease contract for the fifth floor of the instant building as KRW 20,000, value-added tax (excluding value-added tax).

Article 3 (Payment of Monthly Rent and Management Expenses)

1.The lessee shall pay the above monthly rent and management expenses by the end of the month, regardless of whether or not the rent and management expenses have been used or not, for the duration of the contract.

2. If the date mentioned in the preceding paragraph is deemed overdue, and if the overdue amount reaches two months, the lessor may terminate the present contract;
