1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 2013, the Defendant leased to the Plaintiff the three-story 1,494.45 square meters (including the common area; hereinafter “instant real estate”) among the three-story 1,494 square meters (including the common area; hereinafter “instant building”) located in the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Newgate (hereinafter “instant building”). The main content is as follows.

Where a lease contract is commenced during the month of Article 11, a monthly rent and management expenses shall be calculated according to the number of days, and where the lease contract is terminated or terminated.
