1. The defendant in the part 13 to 15 and (a) (B) of the main office of this case, among the buildings described in Section 2-A of the main office of this case.

Reasons

1. As to the principal claim

A. Article 1 (Determination on Grounds of Claim) of the Recognizing Rental Agreement

2. Object of lease: 15,16, and 17th floor of the instant building (13, 14, and 15th floor on the register of real estates);

3. Purposes for use: Plots and debris bags;

4. Total amount of lease deposit: 3.25 billion won.

Provided, That KRW 300 million out of the lease deposit shall be deposited at free interest, and the remaining KRW 2.955,2660,000 shall be paid at the monthly interest rate of 1% per month.

5. Monthly rent: 29,526,600 won in daily gold (excluding VAT);

6. Monthly management expenses: KRW 21,836,190 (VAT Map) (Additional electricity, other usage fees, etc. shall be separately claimed);

7. Monthly rent and management expenses: By the end of the relevant month.

8. Term of lease: From January 01, 2014 to December 31, 2019;

Article 3 (Effect, Termination, and Early Rescission of Contract)

2.This Agreement shall terminate when the term of lease expires or when termination or cancellation is made under this Agreement.

However, Article 5 still remains effective even after the termination of this contract.

3. Where this Agreement is terminated pursuant to this Article, the lessor may limit the provision of all management services after prior notification 14 days prior to the date of termination and suspend the provision of electricity and water from the date of termination.

Article 5 (Payment of Rent and Management Expenses)
