A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bran XG car.

On 18:56 on 25, 2014, the Defendant changed the lane to a two-lane while driving the racing tunnel, which is a motorway in the upper fluence of the YY, on the fluent side of the racing, from the fluence to the one speed of about 80km in speed at the fluence of the two-lanes.

At the same time, a car driven along the Defendant’s second lane was in progress.
