Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 8, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 22, 2018.

The Defendant: (a) received psychotropic drugs from B, upon request of B to request the Mesophopon (hereinafter “copon”); (b) conspired with C to purchase Mecopon; (c) on May 10, 2019, by using a vehicle run by B or B in the vicinity of “E” located in Haban-gun, Haban-gun, Haban-gun, Haban-gun; and (d) purchased 300,000 won in cash from B around “H” located in 18:0,00 on the same day; and (e) purchased Mecopon from C or 300,000 won in cash from C to B; and (e) purchased Mecopon in return for the purchase of Mecopon by using a vehicle run by B or B in the vicinity of “E” in Haban-gun, Haban-si, Haban-si.

A. A.
