A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Possession of cryptopists;

A. On February 14, 2019, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs from those who came to know through the telegram in front of the Defendant’s residence in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and carried them up to the fifteenth day of the same month by receiving approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs from those who came to know of them through the telegram.

B. On December 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received medication from a person who was not injured; and (b) possessed a small amount of penphones in a transparent plastic bag.

2. Metropha medication;

A. At around 23:50 on November 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.05g of philopon, which was provided by fluorists in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, by inserting it into a single-use injection instrument; and (b) injected it into his/her part of the blood transfusion.

B. On November 21, 2019, at around 00:50, the Defendant administered one-time medication of 0.05g oponon on the left part of the blood transfusion at the place indicated in the paragraph (a) of 2.

C. At around 01:00 to 05:00 on December 16, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philophones in the Nam-gu Dmophone E, Ulsan-gu by inserting them into a single-use injection instrument and dilution them with biocomponing them into one-time injection instrument, and administering them four times in total 0.2g of philophones.
