Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of each of the above penalties for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, at Ansan-si, engaged in the business of selling agricultural products by mutually named “D”, and Defendant B made the said D website (E) and participated in the forestry cooperative tender and participated in the business of receiving the bid. Defendant A connected to the above website to confirm the order, revise the price, and manage the packaging, delivery, and deposit of goods.

No person shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the origin.

Nevertheless, the Defendants shared their duties as above, on October 10, 2012, indicated the origin of Cheongong-gun 128.56kg supplied by the Cheongong-gun Forestry Cooperatives in the form of “Cheongong-gun Do,” and sold communication to an unspecified number of consumers. From that time, on September 22, 2017, the Defendants sold a total of KRW 328,287,130, the origin of Cheongong-gun Do, which was supplied by the Cheongong-gun Forestry Cooperatives in the above D, to an unspecified number of consumers, or indicated the origin of 1507,65 g in the attached list of crimes, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to indicate the country of origin of Song Basber in collusion.
