Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of E Co., Ltd., a transmission sales company located in Northern-gu D at port.

1. 2. No person shall sell agricultural and fishery products disguisedly for their country of origin in China;

However, the Defendant, around September 1, 2015, indicated the country of origin in the trading schedule of the Chinese War five 2 boxes (360,000 won per box 1kg) in the company E, and sold to H hotel after having indicated the country of origin in North Korea, as well as the sale of KRW 360,000 to H hotel as shown in the attached list of crimes, as shown in the attached list of crimes, 31 times from the above temporary time to October 27, 2015, in the same way 129kg (a total of KRW 16,765,00).
