A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a business of a trade name, "E with 7 smugglings in Suwon-si D', Suwon-si.

At around 22:00 on May 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received 100,000 won in cash in return for the act of similarity from a police officer who pretended to be a customer at the above business establishment; and (b) arranged sexual traffic by bringing F, a sexual traffic female, into the above smuggling in order to let him do the act of similarity.
