A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2014, at around 19:20, the Defendant received 120,000 won from the police officer affiliated with the Suwonnam Police Station, a police officer who pretended to be a customer, and provided guidance to a smuggling, and arranged sexual traffic for the commercial sex acts from September 1, 2013 to October 14, 2014.
