A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a business with five smugglings equipped with 604 of the building C and 1strings, one room waiting for employees, one room for shower rooms and one washing room for employees, and one other.

On July 29, 2014, around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) had E, the office manager of the Defendant’s establishment, who visited the said establishment to regulate sexual traffic, received KRW 80,00 won as compensation for similar sexual intercourse using hand from the police officer who visited the said establishment; (b) instructed the said police officer to a smuggling, and (c) allowed F, who is female employees, to carry out similar sexual intercourse into the said smuggling; and (d) in collusion with the said E from July 23, 2014 to the point of view, the Defendant engaged in the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for business purposes as above, to many and unspecified male customers.
