On January 5, 2012, from around 10:30 to 11:30 on January 5, 2012 to around 15:30, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by saying, “a dog, fat, fat-fat-fat-fat-fat-fat-fat-fat-fat-fat-fat-fat-fat-fat-hat-dong, Busan, an economic team office of the Busan, Police Station 158-1, on the ground that there was three police officers and three general persons under the investigation of the case, and the victim made a false statement.”
