Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2013, at around 17:20 on September 3, 2013, the Defendant suffered injury on the left side of the victim due to the fact that the victim B (the age of 61) was under an investigation of the Busan Shipping Police Station located in Busan Shipping Daegu, and the first team office of the economy team, on the case in which the victim B (the age of 61) filed a criminal complaint against the defendant, on the ground that the victim stated the case differently from the fact, and the victim made a statement on the other side of the victim's left side one time.
