Defendant

A is the owner of a vehicle in C, a person who drives an E Institute bus in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si D.

Around 10:12 on October 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took an investigation into the Changwon Police Station in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and the Economic1 Team office; and (b) took a telephone conversation with the Defendant’s workplace E in relation to the investigation of the instant case, which the Gyeongwon-gu, who was accused by the Gyeongnam Bus Transport Business Association as a commercial transport act on the Defendant’s own, and reported by the Gyeongwon-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant tried to call the Defendant’s workplace E and call the Defendant to the effect that the contact would be disturbed; (c) on the ground that the Gyeongwon-gu, the Defendant tried to walk the Defendant’s body, including, but not limited to, 83 cm, 57 cm, 7.5 km, and 7.5 km, the Defendant tried to keep the Defendant’s body as the head of the Gyeongnam bus Transport Business Association’s body.”

As such, the Defendant interfered with the investigation of the Chang Middle Middle Police Station and the legitimate investigation at the office of the first team office of the Economic Team.
