Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Criminal facts

1. The defendant committed the crime against the victim C (an indecent act against the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (a deceptive act, etc.)) was between the defendant and the defendant in the residence of the defendant who was in the name of the defendant referred to in D 204, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 200 on the date November 2015;

2. Crimes against victim F;

A. B. The Defendant committed the crime at around 23:00 on January 1 through 2, 2016 [the indecent act committed by a minor under the age of 13] (the Defendant committed the crime at around two weeks from the date and time indicated in the above paragraph (a) and then committed an indecent act against a child or juvenile victim under the age of 13, such as: (a) the victim’s toy in the same place as the victim’s toy in his/her hand, stating that “the victim was less than the son’s toy, and the son’s toy, and the son’s toy in the son’s chest, the son’s toy, and the son’s toy in the son’s chest.” However, the victim rejected it; (b) the victim rejected it; and (c) the victim was physically locked on the part of the victim’s et al.; and (d) the victim’s toy.
