1. Basic facts

A. Defendant two Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant two”) transferred the claim for construction price under the “Agreement on Construction of Mining 4 Electric Power Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter “the claim for construction price of this case”) that Defendant two have against Posco construction, to the Plaintiffs, Defendant I, J, and Taesco Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant two”), K, L, M, M, Social Development Promotion Industry, and Additional Industry of Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the assignee of the claim of this case”), and notified the assignment by content-certified mail.

Each of the above assignment notifications reached the following “the arrival date of notification of transfer” in the Spanco Construction.
