1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant OMMAT (hereinafter “Defendant OMA”) had a claim of KRW 84,111,97 (hereinafter “the instant claim”) against ELDPP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ELDP”).

B. From among the instant claims on February 20, 2013, Defendant AEMA transferred KRW 49,681,997 among the instant claims to the Plaintiff Company (hereinafter “Plaintiff Company”), and notified the Plaintiff on February 27, 2013, and notified the Plaintiff and the Defendants of the assignment of claims or the seizure of claims and orders for collection of claims, etc., as indicated in the following table, he/she notified the Plaintiffs and the Defendants of multiple assignment of claims or orders for collection of claims, etc. as indicated in the list.
