Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible, and even if such a motor vehicle is not operated, the defendant stopped his/her B vehicle in front of the entrance of the subway station No. 1399 on September 7, 2015 at the end of the subway station No. 16:45 on September 16:45, 2015, and the defendant found the CCTV camera for the control of alcoholic vehicles in the front and rear sides of the subway station no. 139 at the bottom of the subway station, and found it difficult to identify the registration number plate by leaving the line on the front and rear side of the taxi.
