A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From May 1, 2010, the Defendant is a person operating a "D Child Care Center", which is a family childcare center in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, 113 Dong 106.
1. The Defendant: (a) resigneded a private document; (b) retired from office around February 26, 2013; and (c) around February 28, 2013 by F, who had worked as a teacher at the above child-care center; and (b) had the said people use the resignation document as a bad reason; (c) had the said people arbitrarily prepared a resignation document and submitted it to the Gu office.
On March 25, 2013, the Defendant, without authority, required teachers G to sign the “E” column for the purpose of being exercised at the above childcare center; “D childcare center” in the position column; “E” in the name column; “child care teacher”; “E”; “E” in the date of birth; “I” in the resident registration number column; “I” in the address column; “I” in the address column; “Personal Circumstances”; “In February 26, 2013; and “E” in the date column; and “I” in the column of resignation; and “I” sign the “D childcare center”; in the position column; “child care teacher”; “child care teacher”; “date of birth” in the name column; “the date of birth”; “the date of birth” in the resident registration number column; and “the date of birth” in the resident registration number column; and “the date of birth” in the Seo-gu column; and “the date of resignation” in the applicant column 2013; and
Accordingly, in collusion with the above G, the Defendant forged a letter of resignation under the name of the above E, which is a private document concerning a certificate of fact, and conspired with the above K, and subsequently, reported that the above E and F were dismissed on the same day to the Daejeon Seo-gu Office, Daejeon, and submitted the forged letter of resignation to the employee in charge of not knowing the circumstances.
