Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2012 Gohap230] On September 4, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million by the Jeonju District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 4 million by the Jeonju District Court for the violation of the Road Traffic Act on August 27, 2010, respectively.
1. On June 14, 2012, at around 21:00, the Defendant driven a car free from the front line of Maart to the point where the trade name in the Jinan-gun in the Jinan-gun in the same Eup/Myeon is unknown, the Defendant driven a car free from the 10km section without a driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.138%, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.138% without a driver’s license.
2. On June 14, 2012, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) controlled the Defendant by drinking, as described in paragraph (1), at a point 33 km away from the line 33 km away from the Donsan-Annsan-do, Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun; (b) stated that the Defendant was “F” in the driver’s name column of the report on the driver’s report on the driver’s report on the Donan-gun’s report on the Donan-gun’s statement presented by D Zone D, and marked the Defendant’

4. On October 29, 2012, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol more than twice at around 22:08, driven a Cwp vehicle at approximately 30 meters from the front of Cwp vehicle in the direction of the mutual influoric vibration located in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul to the front road of the mutual aid association located in the same area without the driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol at least 0.144% of the blood alcohol level without the driver’s license.
