A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 19, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”) received the front portion of the CJ bus driver’s seat in front of the said CJ bus from the above Pexton vehicle from the victim D (Seoul, 49 years old), who is the driver of the said CV bus, sustained approximately two-day medical treatment for approximately two weeks, injuries such as chills, tensions, etc. to the victim E (hereinafter “the victim”) who is the above CV bus driver, who is the above CV bus driver of the above CV bus and sustained the injury to the left-hand part of the CV driver’s disease, e.g., the driver of the above CV vehicle, who is the driver of the above CV bus, and who is the victim E-V passenger of the above CV bus, who is the victim of the above CVV bus, who is in need of medical treatment for about 0.0 days in the right-hand end of the disease.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) drive a Bsch Rexton vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 1 km section from the front of the cafeteria cafeteria, which was located in the Jinanan-gun, Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun, in a state of alcohol of 0.075% of blood alcohol content at the same time and time as paragraph (1).
