Punishment of the crime

On January 27, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Daejeon District Court on January 27, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on January 22, 201, and on May 10, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for imprisonment for the same crime at the Suwon District Court on May 25, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Suwon Detention House on July 25, 2012.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On April 20, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.03 g of Metepha (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) a psychotropic drug, which is a psychotropic drug sealed in paper by D, from around 102 Dong 1902, a house of D located in Busan Metropolitan Government C, and accepted it without compensation;

2. The date and time as referred to in the preceding paragraph are administered by dilution with water with the above philophones delivered from D at an insular location at or below Busan City, and in such a way as to inject them into their fluences or dilution with drinking water;

3. On April 20, 2013, around 20:00, a disposable injection machine was issued to F containing approximately 0.1g of 0.1g of philopon at the Busan E-House parking lot, and purchased and sold at the price in cash of KRW 2.50,000 from F.
