A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from the early February 2011 to October 6, 2012, 201, served as an air-conditioning equipment engineer from E, which is the victim D’s equipment and materials for the operation of the victim in Jeju City, to the early February 2011, 201, with the intent to steal and sell materials from the above E’s material storage.

At around 14:00 on February 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a door where no correction was made using any gaps in the victim’s management neglect; and (b) loaded the pipe 650km amounting to KRW 5,00,00 in the market price owned by the victim; and (c) stolen the pipe 20,700,000, total market price of which is KRW 20,70,000, in total, on six occasions through the same method as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

On May 17, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jeju District Court on February 13, 2009, and a fine of KRW 2 million by the same court on July 5, 2010, respectively.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On December 6, 2012, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven a f car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.102% without a car driver’s license from a section of about 400 meters from the Mauri hotel adjacent to the Marina hotel, to the roads adjacent to the future host in the Orradong.

2. Around 05:10 on January 19, 2013, the Defendant driven a F Kaman car that was not covered by mandatory insurance without a driver’s license, on the 44th-ro Roon road at Jeju.

3. At around 21:00 on November 17, 2013, the Defendant driven a Gone Star car in the state of under the influence of alcohol of about 1k alcohol content 0.189% without a car driver’s license from a section of approximately 1km from the front of the Bosung market located in E-Do 1, Do, to the ancient movable property distance located in the same city of E-Do.
