Punishment of the crime

At around 22:40 on April 18, 2013, the Defendant driven a rocketing car within approximately 700 meters from the day before the Dori cafeteria, which is in the linkage of Jeju City, to the front day of the future week located in the same city, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.108% of blood alcohol level.
