Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, B, C, and D have conspiredd to receive insurance money from the insurance company after intentionally paying traffic accidents against vehicles that violate traffic regulations between the Neeline and the friendship.

On October 16, 2016, around 19:57, the Defendant, B, C, and D was on the road in front of Gtel in F, Gtel located in E, and the Defendant’s HH on the road in front of the Gtel. On the other hand, the Defendant was on the part of the Defendant’s H on the road in front of the Gtel located in E, and the Defendant was on the part of the Plaintiff, even though he was able to discover and avoid an accident due to the violation of one-way traffic, the Defendant intentionally received the accident with the said AW-W-W-W-W-C-W-W-W-W-W

Defendant B, C, and D received 4,050,00 won (Defendant B, C, KRW 1,050,00 for each agreement on October 24, 2016, and KRW 900,00 for each of the 1,050,000 for each of them) from the victim KK which did not know that it was a traffic accident, and the victim association paid the expenses to be borne by Defendant B, C, and D ( KRW 35,820 for B, Defendant’s treatment expenses, KRW 346,980 for each of the 35,86,80, KRW 75,00 for each of the 30,50, KRW 965, KRW 40 for repair expenses for D, KRW 39,39,390 for each of the 1,00, KRW 75,000 for each of the 15,00, KRW 400, KRW 75,204, KRW 75,2040,

Accordingly, the defendant acquired insurance money by insurance fraud in collusion with B, C, and D.
